I have some HOT stuff, and will bring it if needed, google "The Bomb, Final Answer"
if you want a sample, stand in line...... it ain't a hot sauce, it's a "food additive", and it's multi-million scoville rated....http://www.hotsauceworld.com/hsw1400fa.html

Guy, it looks like somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15-ish. Let me know if you need a more vague answer.

The smoky verde salsa is ready and the carnitas are getting there. This union is on track!

Our friend William has brewed IPA's so hoppy that folks have said it could be used as a concentrate with which to "hop" other batches of "normal" beer. Sounds like your Muy Caliente Salsa may be similar. Can't wait to try it!

Close enough. With everything else you have, looks like one batch of the rice should be enough.

I'll be throwing in some fried plantain chips, octopus in garlic sauce, and some sweet cookies for dessert (after all the chili-heads get done).

It's raining here, but I think I'll still be able to make it.......

WE just had 2 hours of torrential downpour, almost 2 inches in the rain gage...
dona and I are runnin out the door in a couple minutes.....picking up a couple more 'maters for "dilution" if needed....heheheh
didn't mean to strike terror on the digestive systems.....
