How about a recommendation for a pretty damn cool knife for around $200.

I like to have a medium size folder with clip that I can put in my front jeans pocket a work. Think business casual. And I like the quick open sort of thingie...

Well, anything pretty from benchmade, or any of the other good folder companies, but get a Leek too, they are great. Check this out for leeks.

Yes, I like it too. I think it will be about 100 in a outlet or knife store. Might also get ahold of the custom shop and have the blade polished or maybe some more exotic wood on the scales as well. I think Benchmade still does that to order.

I just purchased a Kershaw Leek with the G10 handles. I wouldn't suggest buying anything directly from Kershaw (probably holds true of most company's since they want to protect their dealers). They list the knife for $135 and I got it for $82. The lowest price I found on any of the Leek's was around $65.

I like knifecenter.

you can get them from Sportsmans Warehouse with either steel scales, or G10 for under 50, but the rainbow is almost 80. manufacturers websites have to charge list by their agreement with dealers, so don't buy from the manufacturer unless there is some3 reason you want to pay list.
