You guys didn't happen to some nut in a newer Ford Ranger (Tan) coming up shoe creek did you?? My little brother was up there and saw a few DSs riding around wandered if it was the ADV crew.

How's it been going? Buckshot92, sidekick and I did our own little DS ride the same day. I was watching this thread and thinking real hard about riding down and doing the DS portion of this ride with ya'll. But, it ended up sooooo pretty and we decided to stay home and ride in our own backyard.

Yes I saw him. He was with a bunch of Jeeps! The only non-jeep in the crew ....bunch of TJ's, YJ's and XJ's :)

Sorry this is taking me so long- a lot going on today.

Anywho......

RidgeRider then took us to this really cool bridge next. There were some pretty cool jumps on the way in and I think he actually jumped over me at one point! Ed managed to get a picture of me riding in and I got a couple more from inside. It was starting to get dark and we still had a pretty good ride ahead so after everyone helped me get my bike back up a certain hill (we wont talk about that) we headed back. Got back just as it was getting dark.














Felt good to use every single bit of that day. I had a great time- EPIC! I couldn't have asked for better company. Thanks to all!

Since Skippi's ride reports sound as if he's dirt riddin' on his 250 Ninja, I'm wondering how much nicer that (already nice looking) Super Hawk would look with knobbies, a skid plate, barkbusters, and a little mud in the radiator. Of course, in exchange, you'd challenge me to put motard wheels, a slipper clutch, and dual brembo front discs on mine and drag my pegs on your twisty rides...ain't gonna happen! I don't have the skill for that! Guess I'll keep playin' in the mud!

Skippii's new vstrom fits his riding better but he RAISED IT(for clearance)! Talk about uber-top heavy! His Ninja looks like hell though. Don't think I've ever seen a worse-for-wear Ninja EVER! Sorry Skippii
