I realize now that I should have put "Will hold lots of beer." as a major selling point.

Great meeting you on Saturday, AJP. My "pannier money" bought me an Anti-Gravity 12-cell for the Dakar, as well as a Stebel Horn, and maybe a few other small farkles.

Can't wait to see how your finished project looks. Be sure to post up photos and such.

And for those curious, it is possible to deliver a motorbike to Bristol, TN, and make it back in one day.

Looks like cr21 between 250 and Sugar Grove. Who knows with you though, 4,000,000 of those old outbuildings in WV and you have probably ridden by everyone of them.

see, that's why you're a Super Genius. those are just over the state line below your place, CR21/614 above 250.

Roffle.

I'm hoping the battery will be here this week. Tires are going on tomorrow, and maybe fixing of the horn.

Horn needs to work for inspection, and the tires need to be replaced as well.

Current battery works, but it's on it's way out, as voltage is dropping considerably on startup. I'd rather just replace it, than have it strand me somewhere.

If everything works out how I want it do, I'll be riding on Thanksgiving. Otherwise, it may be the end of the week.

I'm anxious to get going, but realistically, I've waited this long, so what's a few more days, right? I'd rather have things worked out and in 100% legal and proper working order, than half-ass it and have something go horribly wrong because I simply wanted to ride sooner.
