Neat idea, but I just don't care for the canopy, nor the finish on the canopy, and spinner...

Agreed it doesn't look right. There have been some Turbine ones, I think its a papa 51 that are real good looking replicas.

Ah, the "Enforcer"...neat concept but a no-go with the Air Force.

Bringing up the enforcer reminds me of this.

Pretty much the same attitude they had about wanting to scrap the A-10 just before it opened up whole cans of whoop-ass in Desert Strom.

"It's a cheap/cost effective design.....but doesn't have all the high-tech bells and whistles!"

Now that crop-duster turned butt-kicker has some promise.

I never realized the Air Tractors are as big as they are. I figured they were about half their actual size.

I'd like to see one do some strafing runs.

It sure would give a whole new meaning to "dusting crops", that's for sure.

With the prevalence of truck mounted AA guns I'd really rather be in something faster and armoured.

Yeah, we have them work off our airport occasionally instead of having longer ferry flights between their base and the fields that they're spraying. The 802 has about a 60 ft. wingspan and you really don't notice it until he taxis toward you on an 80 ft. wide taxiway. Then it all clicks...bigger wing span than a King Air 200!

How does that explain the ground crews, who also suffered the same effects while servicing them?
