That's a full scale real Cessna next to the B-17


I love this shot!

This guy's been building his 1/3 scale B-17G since 1999 & it looks like he's almost done That's just freaking cool I think he's going to have an awesome time flying it

This was posted today, so I guess its no longer a trade secret! Current configuration as going to reno, sneak peek for yall. Paint is still in the works.

That is amazing work and that's my question as well, RC, or experimental? (or both?) Seems to be room in there for a pilot, albeit cozy. You get multi-engine (4 engine at that) and tail wheel time at the same time.

Aerodynamics aren't always completely scalable (Flight of the Phoenix notwith standing). Piloting that thing might be a bit 'exciting'.
