In windows movie maker----after you finish editing your movie-----select "Publish To Computer". Give the movie a name and store it in your hard drive where ever you want. Now you can play it on your computer or upload to you tube, photobucket--send wherever you want.

If you choose "Publish To DVD" it will burn it to a DVD----this selection takes a long time to get it done---but works.

boy, i had all kinds of problems last night while workin on this video, power flickered couple times....and trashed my pc. won't power up at all, hoping it is just my power supply.

brought out my old pc and got it going, of course everything needed updated, worked on that all morning, several restarts...then i am ready to tackle video again.

thanks for help mark, but i just can't seem to get the hang of that movie maker edit program...so i gave up.....again! went ahead and uploaded to you tube.

i missed about half the video, cuz at first, i was gettin ready to get off bike and help jerry out, then thought.....heck with that, i will take a video instead!

video is kinda buzzy cuz i held camera against windshield.....mistake.

enjoy

Funny Video. Good job on not falling on your butt Jerry.

First thing that came to mind while watching this was the pig wrestling contest they have at the county fair every summer.

my first pass thru was not pretty, i kept lookin at the water and tellin myself, stay outta the water, stay outta the water. bout 3/4 the way thru.....right into the water i went....nailed throttle and paddled with feet and the pig came right out of it. my boots weighed about 20lbs apiece.

we were hoping there would be another way out of there, but everything was flooded.....so....we had to do the nasty again. i didn't have any issues the 2nd time thru. nice and easy...the pig chugged right thru it.

i would like to get a helmet cam set up. i enjoy the pics and videos.

i don't care for the self contained jobs to much, they look BIG. and i know i would tear it up trail riding. i am thinking a little bullet cam wired to a video recorder stashed someplace else.

anyone have any suggestions.

oh, and don't bad mouth me too much for not giving jerry a push, i wound up pushin him anyway when his battery died a little later on.

jerry: which gear should i try this time?

me: try 2nd this time

jerry: how bout this time

me: try 3rd this time

jerry: how bout this time

me: 3rd again......u got choke on?

jerry: oh, ok...lemme try choke this time

me: fuck man!! try 2nd this time, full choke!!

jerry: ok, ready!

me: ok....wait!. u got key on right?!!

jerry: oh, ok....ready!!!!!vroom, she lights right up...

me: i think it's warming up outside, i am sweating......fuck!

jerry: i'm not, that wasn't hard at all....

me:

this was a typical ride with jerry and i....

Nice video!

I have zero, nada, zilch interest in mud. Bike's way too heavy and my back's way too sore for that stuff!

Heated gear!

Been there, before. I'll bet that heated gear was turned off while pushing the KLR! I felt like I was working up a sweat just watching.

Looks like some cool dirt roads ...... maybe in July???

i was thinking about it last night on way home. jerry and mark just bought new wr250's. these bikes are EFI.

if the batteries die, how do ya get em goin again? can ya push start an EFI bike. if the battery is dead, so is the ECU, and fuel pump.....right?

my strom is EFI, but i have not ran into that yet. every bike i have owned, i have had to push start at one time or another, but they were all carb.

so.....what do ya do, just hope u are with a buddy, and switch batteries, and hope they interchange?

jerry says the wr has a 360watt stator....wonder if the wr zaps the batteries dry like the klr does....if so, think i would change the wr battery right away with a good maint free job.

i am sure u guys have this under control, i was just curious.

The newest MX bikes (CR, KX, RM but not YZ) are now EFI w/o batteries. If you can kick these bikes, wouldn't that be the same as roll starting? Not sure, just a thought.

My XT has this lever on the right side you kick to start it!

Yeah Greg's right. All the new MX bikes are EFI. I wonder how they get fuel to start though?? HMMMM....

Kick your bike???? That's so 80's. I'd never kick my bike. I love it too much.

I embedded the video so it would be easier to access

Poor Jerry !!!!

But wait till Jerry gets his new WR250R out----then it will be a different story.
Here's a little video I made on a ride that Jerry went with me on and he rode his brand new shiny WR250R.

During this ride Jerry told me he's taking the bike back to the dealer.

I said what ?????

Yeh----but they'll have to give me $9,000

I'm tellin' yall' ---he's an animal on that 250----It was like Clark Kent turned into Superman.
Don't let that shy innocent face fool you.

I was riding very hard and fast on a twisty dirt mountain ridge and after a few miles I thought I'd stop and wait for Jerry as I thought he might not want to ride that fast-----he dang near run over me when I let off the throttle.
