Moab

Utah is awesome! We rode 3.5 days in Moab then the last 1.5 days over by Escalante doing the Burr trail and highway 12 from Escalante to Torrey Utah. Our favoritr loop we did in Moab was the Kopelli's trail, top of the world, onion creek loop. The scenery was so unbelievable it was hard to take it in. Goin down rosegarden hill was ruff and im glad we were on little bikes. Top of the world was by far the best view around Moab and it was worth the 5 miles of rock climbing to get to it.
We also did the lasal mountain loop which is mostly pavement but its awesome and twisty through the mountains with lots of snow and aspen tree's The the tw's do pretty good in the snow.

Look daddy, that one has a gear shift like a car, instead of a foot shift. Wow, he's a real speed shifter too!

The last 3 days we did easy but very scenic rides and the Burr Trail is my favorite road ive ever been down on a bike. Unfortunately we couldnt ride the whole road. It crosses lake Powell on the southern section and the ferry is closed until April 23 so we took 24 to the Notom rd "34 miles" south to the west half if the Burr Trail. Its a very easy road, heck you could even do it on a "BMW" or a car. Its mostly dirt/pavement but its unreal.

Boulder Mesa restuarant in Boulder has some of the best food ive ever had, highly recommended. We went into Hellsbackbone grill and we were way out of place so we left. $30-40 for a meal! Not for me+plus it was way to tree-huggerish organic all natural stuff. Highway 12 is always in the top 5-10 roads to drive in the United States and its great. Its in my top 5 paved roads ive ever been on. Definitely worth doing if you like killer scenery, deadly drop offs and twisties all in one road.

White rim trail

Can you find the TW?? This one was on the white rim trail. I was about two feet away from this drop-off. It was big enough to make me pucker and i was very uncomfortable, but i had to do it. I really wanted to ride across the arch on white rim but there were people around. The white rim trail is definitely one i would recommend also. We only seen two bikes on the 130 mile loop "from the closest gas station" and about 50 dedicated mountain bikers with recovery vehicles. Chickens corner was ok. I wouldnt ride 27 miles one way again to see it and back out although the first 5 or 10 miles of kane creek was nice.Any way i post to many more of the 400 pics and i will have to do a ride report

We went to chickens corner and walked around it. It was neat but we did it after the white rim, top of the world and lasal mtn loop rd. Dont get me wrong it was neat but after three epic days of riding it was just ok. It would have been better if we would have done it first. I didnt think it was that bad walking around it. There was two older couples there on rzr's and the ol man was afraid of heights. Well their little poodle walked over to the edge and started sliding off of the cliff. He was back pedaling like crazy and he barely made it back up. Me and Matt were dying laughing an the ol man was yelling at the dog because he was scared to go over there. I was waiting for that 5 second free fall and the last yelp from that poodle hitting the bottom but it didnt happen. Close though.

That's how I like my bacon...I'm used to it. Leave it to you to comment on the quality of the bacon.
