I've been joking for years that I must have been a French baker, living (and, drinking) in London

Minor detail, but, mine comes from a real cask, not a keg, and, bitter is always singular. Never plural. Now back to less geeky shit

I drinking on a ESB that was a bitch the hole way through.
I missed the strike then over corrected.
I use beersmith and am usually very close on the strike and correction if necessary. But was using a new computer that I want to use in the brewery needless to say I missed a few tweaks I had made made to BS over the last few years.
I usually will set the co2 at 25 PSI for 1 day then drop down to what ever the style dictates. (instead I got busy forgot about it completely)
But this time I left it at 25 for 4 days.
Then I patiently blead off co2 untill a reasonable level of carbonation was achieved and maintained, then I set the co2 psi to style and temp.

Anyhow I'm just wondering what to label the TAP HANDLE ?
Dip-shit ESB?
Blond ESB
FUBAR ESB?

The good thing is that its a very drinkable beer. (GOOD)

I am just saying Hi, but a name for the %*@^ ESB would be nice also.

this thread needs a bump.
i am about a month into my new hobby!(like i needed another)
i am still gathering the needed supplies too make it more
enjoyable. my first batch was a english ale followed by a pilsner ale.
both extract kits. i just finished a porter using extracts and grains, man
this is fun! i choose too keg instead of messing with bottling.
please send any unwanted corny kegs my way.

I persuaded my better half that I needed to keep the bucket in the dining room ......

There are more important things than beer ....... I'm still trying to figure out what they are
