I had used it as a tag in the georgiasportbike.com tag-o-rama game a while back too... I picked up a fresh pic of it tonight for this one. I was going to post a different new tag but realized it was in not in an allowed county, so we have plan B.

most excellent! I didn't realize it'd been used so many times before, but that's great. I had thought of, and even stopped for pictures at, a couple of other Alpharetta 'landmarks', but that one seemed best. Welcome to our little corner of the Atlanta Megalopolis - the other "clue" that I didn't bother putting on it was "it's within walking distance of my house."

Oh, and for any Geocachers, there's a multi-stage here that begins under the chopper.

Oooooh.. good to know. I'll have to check it out on the way home one day. I got my kids into that last summer and we've tracked down a few caches around the state.

Damn I've driven past this place a million times! I always wondered what the story was behind it, and if it was open to the public. It's on my route to my brother's house so I'll have to pop in there next time. I won't be able to get this one, alas. Hopefully I'm bound for the AMA races in a few hours!

Find them however you can... google should find the current tag pretty quick if you search using the right clues.
