Oh wait, there are some official looking markings there. This one plainly contains the wigs and costumes. I looked it up on wikipedia.

It is funny....I go to a 2 hour show, enjoy it and never think a thing about all the crap that goes into putting it together for me. A few pics, of the artsy fartsy variety I might add kinda drive home the point of there is a lot to it. Simply amazing. Now put down the camera and get to puttin together my concert

Hey Dino-

I thought we were supposed to get together and take the kids on a camping trip. My son, now 10, is starting to think we are the only weirdos that do this.

I think you can compare ocean sailing with adventure riding. Both give me a sence of freedom when I'm doing it, but the boat always needs attention. I'm a bit of a slave to my boat and that was not my intention when I bought it.

So, anybody want's to buy 33ft of plastic?

Oh, and sorry LR polluting your topic, it won't happen again

Oh crap, now I'm missing my sailboat.
Finn,, spectacular pics and story, keep it coming...when you have time that is. FWIW I think you're dead on about people falling into that materialism scam. I'm getting rid of "stuff" daily and hope to one day become the gypsy I've always hoped to be.

Philosophy agreement!

Having read the entire thread in 2 days, I had to chime in. The "life philosophy" is exactly what I came to realize. It's not what you HAVE.. it's what you ENJOY. I don't have a life-threatening disease, but one is inherent in my family - it took my mother and her sister in their early 50's. Been tested, don't have it - but it's a scary thought. I wanted to write more, but it sounded much better in my head. I'm so not the wordsmith ChiT is, so I won't bore you. I used to think that live well, die young, and leave a good looking corpse was the way to go. No so! At the end, I wanna come in, clutch burned out, brakes squealin, motor smokin, all plastered with bugs and mud, yelling WOOOHOOOO - WHAT A RIDE!!

Ride on!!
