I think the requirement is that you have a picture of your bike at the location, so yes.

I think it is also required that you ride your bike to the location, check the first page. I know it has been discussed and trailering was not allowed.

Taking Gator's ashes to Wolf Mountain, near Seneca

So there's many possibilities

Still thinking about riding up there to look for this thing, but it'd be an 8hr day in the saddle at least
