Just remember we did more before 0900 than most people did all day!

Got back home last night after 17 days on the road.
A ton of stuff to catch up on. Will post some of eggy's adventures later today and will nestle it in somewhere in the local vicinity tomorrow (not enough tread left on the rear tire to venture too far at the moment).

17 days on the road, a worn out rear tire, and not single good drop spot?

I hate when people start bitching about the drop taking too long because someone's life is in the way, but a 17 day road trip prevented a drop? Please do unconfuzzle...

The intent was to move the tag far (this was at the urging of the Maine ff's who told me about the tag - I think they wanted it far away so they wouldn't be tempted to spend more quality time with it ) so bringing it back to PA was the plan from the start, it just took a while to get here. Most of the road tripping was done in the Maritime provinces. The trip was bookended by commitments to be part of motorcycle safety crews for a couple of charity fundraising bicycle rides in CT; the Angel Ride for the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp Hospital Outreach Program - benefits kids with cancer - and the Jim Calhoun Cancer Ride. After a mostly rain soaked tripped, I had a good day yesterday, but it was a long day in the saddle to get home with no desire to search out a good drop point along the way. Ya'll just have to suffer a little longer.

Waiting to see the drop. Weather is great, Pittsburgh is not far and I could take a day off work without much hassle.

Unfortunately I am a newbie rider with little adventure riding experience and no trips planned in the near future so I won't move it far if I do get ahold of it.

Sounds like a great ride and way to move the tag

Craig
