Okay, before I go back and recount eggy's adventures in the past week, I'll get the drop info posted.
Eggy enjoys the sights of the falls at Ohiopyle, PA ![]() Sugarloaf Rd. just south on 381 from the falls view parking area heads up the mountain. In a few miles you'll see this. Pull in. ![]() The money shot: ![]() Where to head next: ![]() The view from the overlook was beautiful today ![]() To the right of the overlook is where to go next, mind the 12" gap with the 30' drop. ![]() ![]() A little further on, this is what you'll see: ![]() The view after a few steps more, note the large rock on the right ![]() When you get past that rock and turn around, it looks like a throttle hand (well, at least to me that's what it looks like ![]() Eggy's nest in under the left edge of the index finger, note the leaves and broken stick. I covered up the package with the leaves. It's tucked back underneath pretty well. ![]() Happy hunting. I hope whoever grabs it goes west with it. Eggy would love to see the great sights of Yellowstone and he didn't believe me when I told him how flat Kansas was. |

I had a great time with Eggy.
Introduced him to some other inmates: Slowphil lusts for the Egg: ![]() Moosie and Mrs. Moosie coddle the Egg: ![]() Lots of googies checked him out too: Ellie thinks Eggy smells like kitteh: ![]() Eggy meets Sunny ("What you mean, iz not new toi for me?") ![]() Dinah thinks it still tastes like kitteh: ![]() Elise isn't impressed:

I discovered that Eggy's quite the ladies man.
He borrowed Slowphil's Valkerie and picked up a scooter honey: (He's not all that keen about riding a cycle named for the Norse god's handmaidens who were choosers of the slain, but it was a good mount for trolling for the ladies. )![]() He worked fast: ![]() He hit the beach to relax a bit... ![]() and chatted up a big momma: ![]() I didn't know he had such a strong attraction for single malt until I got home and caught up on some of his past adventures. I introduced him to the local selection and the next thing I knew he had a new tattoo: ![]() ![]() He got acquainted with the local talent (kinky stuff here): ![]() He bought her a drink: ![]() And at that point I turned out the lights and went to bed. |

BTW - thanks SquidMark, I did look where you thought no one would
and enjoyed a couple of Yuenglings with some wings. I didn't have Eggy with me then, didn't want to terrorize him with an image of some frightful future fate. ![]() I gave back better than I got (given the current exchange rate), it's just that the next beers will have to be Canadian.

If he's been to the center of the contiguous US states, he should pay a visit to Rugby, ND, the center of the NA continent. After all, this is the NA TOR! Come on you ff's, man up and get Eggy to the heart of his homeland! ![]() BTW Neither my netbook nor the home computer could recognize the flashstick included in eggy's pack (both my machines run xp) |

Grab
Proof that the egg lives....
The money shot....
Location was Ohiopyle State Park, PA, at Baughman Rock Overview, approx N39.84514 W79.47394 Fun pick-up, great roads in the area. As we were leaving, a bunch of families were in the area looking for geocaches and they were worried that we had ransacked one of the ones they were looking for. I allayed their fears and explained the NA Tag game to them. She responded "you shouldn't be telling me this, there may be Muggles around". OK, she takes this geocaching stuff a little too seriously.... Other snag was that my riding partners and I were participating in the Hoagy's Heroes charity ride -- The Maryland 1000 (a saddle sore ride all withn the boundaries of Maryland). They were trying to earn their 1st IBA cert and they were convinced we were cheating by leaving the state of Maryland. We still did the official route, just added a 50 mile detour, but one is still convinced that IBA auditors are going to show up one day and take his newly earned license plate back.... The route, note the stray section in the northwest which clearly leaves the borders of Maryland.... Tag will be set in the Carolinas by Friday--I'm headed to the Dragon on Tuesday, and then headed to the Outer Banks for a week.... Enjoy, Eric
