JR I am actually thinking of planning a trip up north to visit family, which has been a goal since I started riding. Wife is going to help with a chase vehicle. Unfortunately the chase vehicle is going to be different that first expected due to issues.

You got this via Crapatalk

I think this sums up my opinion. I am not willing to take this Egg out of play. I have made comments before about it being about the ride. But I have to say that holding this graffiti covered piece of rock is really something.

Future grabber should add their names as best they can. It may be sad that a past name gets marked out, but it would be sadder still to start a clean slate and lose ALL the names. Who gets to decide which name to mark out, why the holder of Egg that’s who? Do what ya gotta do, but do add your name. We can replace Egg when it falls apart.

If a future grabber wants to change out the Egg, I have no problems with that either. But I dont want to make that choice.

I will be out of the loop for the next few days. Egg will have a new resting place by then.

I would wonder if the AMA would accept it as a donation to their museum. I would be easy enough to have an electronic picture frame kind of thing with shots of his adventures.

I thought of that also but then got to thinking where it would be split. Can you imagine the discussion on that?!?!?!

A thin fitted leather bag or shell for eggy could provide space for more signatures, while preserving the originals.

Just the way I see it. No time limit on placing new bruced tag.
Nuff said.
Blinkerfluid Started the thread and it should be his rules unless he changes them. I don't know what he may have changed

The idea behind this game is to Tag some of the best locations in the country. I'd like to see it go from Coast to Coast, so as such I'll post the first tag shortly on the East Coast.

Rules for this version:

#1 File photos are not allowed.

#2 Dirt is allowed; however, let everyone know that the route to the tag includes dirt roads. Also, use your judgement on placing the tag to ensure that someone else will most likely come and get it, i.e. don't turn this into the "lets see who can find the most obscure tag location in history" thread.

#3 Have fun!

EDIT: Blah! I hate too many rules, but I suppose they're necessary.

Additional Rules:

#4 Tag mascot (i.e. blockhead, chicken, etc.) is required to clame the tag. Please post your "bruced" pictures even if the tag mascot has already been taken. Tag claims must be posted within 12 hours of the 1st "bruced" photo. In the even no official tag claim is made within 12 hours, the person with the 1st "bruced" photo gets the tag and the honor of choosing the next Tag mascot. (does that make any sense??)

#5 Read the Rules, understand the intent of the game. Quality not Quantity. If you want to tag a stop sign at the corner of "I'm impatient" and "Hurry Up" roads just to up the tag count, play a local game instead.. There are no rules that say you can't play more than one game at a time, so if this one sits for a week or two while the stars align for a big move, then so be it.. Obviously don't sit on it for weeks on end if you have no plans to actually take it somewhere though.

Rules may be modified or added later if it is determined that they are needed to promote movement of the tag.

If you don't know how the Tag game works, please review some of the other Tag games that are currently in play:

Honest Injun guys.....

I had no intention of creating any kind of turmoil in this GAME.

I simply stumbled upon the mascot. I didn't really know what to do with it. I wasn't trying to break any rules, nor particularly abide by any stringent deadline. I stumbled upon it, posted up at my first convenient time and then placed it up on the Cherohala Skyway on my way home from RDV.

Do with it what you want, and I'm sorry if anyone, especially AugieDog got their feelings hurt.

However, it seems that the right thing has been done by moving the ugliness to HeadEplody and moving forward with the game.

Do with it what you want, but just move forward!

Peace to all......

Fido

Seriously.
It's a game.
It's about riding.
Enough nitpicking.
