Hi, Sorry about the slow delay on your question. We had a bad batch of gaskets a while back. If you find the one you have tends to swell up when saturated in fuel you can find a link on the top of our website that reads: REPLACEMENT GASKETS if you click this link it will ask you to enter your name and address and then number of free replacement gaskets you need. There were only a small number of the bad gaskets shipped so most customers will not have to worry. We will keep the link up long term as the Gaskets seem to be the only thing that needs to be replaced for years.

Jason.

yeah it's spam but Rotopax fuel packs kick ass. I love mine.

Jason you should probably ask a mod to move this to vendors.

Jason, as you're the vendor for these, I'm going to merge this into the thread in Vendors.

Inmates are free to discuss the product in the Equipment forum, naturally, and vendors are allowed to answer specific questions in a non-biased objective manner there, too.

Hope this addresses any confusion.

(Love my 1 and 2 gal pax, btw)

Thanks,

That mount is really clever - and it gives you the option to carry all sorts of things without taking away your trunk space. Thanks for the idea!

just got my 1 gallon in green, appears very nicely made

one question: other fuel cells have a mark of a "max fill" to allow for expansion. the rotopax does not.

what is everybody using as a guide as to not overfill

Thought I'd post up a photo of my 1gal Rotopax fuel/water setup I took last year.

Jason has a great product and fantastic service.

coupon code for 20%

Pssst, instead of using ADVRIDER as coupon code, try entering EBAY for 20% off!

It's mentioned in current ROTOPAX ebay listings.
Look at the very end.

with shipping cost they tack on straight from their website... it's more expensive than ebay (that offers free shipping) or am I missing something?

Yep, you're correct.
But for me, it's not free shipping to Canada, so it's better deal.
Looks like there's no advantage to US shoppers.
