My first trip away on the TDM, through the Victorian high country. This is on the Alpine Way, between Bright and Hotham.
![]() The top of the Hume Dam, on the same trip as above. This photo is my current Windows desktop... ![]() A quick trip out to Mungo NP, north of Mildura (home). Twisties on the dirt through mallee scrub! woohoo! ![]() The weir across the Murray River at Wentworth, viewed from the Vic side. On the way to Lindsay point on the old mail road. ![]() The Taparoo track heading south through the Sunset Desert NP in Victoria. Eventually became sandy twin track through tight mallee scrub, marked 4wd only. Turned west and ended up at Paruna SA. Great ride. ![]() As soon as I save up a few dollars I'll be putting Heidenaus on it, renthal bars, bar raisers, footpegs, lower gearing, and fabricate some sort of stone guard/bashplate, then I'll go just about anywhere on this bike. Great bikes, these TDMs! Cheers Tim |

Nice 9'r, Paddy900.
Now, I've frequently loaded mine to the gunwales, but to see yours loaded with a complete boat, well, a new champion in the luggage stakes, I think... ![]() What tie-downs did you use, mate?

Went Hollywood for the day...
Well, not quite, but with a beautiful, if cool autumn day, I reckoned it would be a good idea to head for the hills - specifically, Mt Sunday in the Rangitata Valley. For Lord Of The Rings fans, this scenic wee spot was the location for Edoras, home of the Riders of Rohan.
That's it, the little bump on the valley floor, just above the windscreen: ![]() Mt Sunday/Edoras ![]() The entrance to Erewhon Station
