Yenster - nice travel set up. Quality 1st post.

I run a Kerker 4-1 on my V4 (Vmax). Sounds like a small block. Tuff.

Further riding reveals absolutely no glitches in idle, steady running lo or hi RPM, acceleration... nada!

A tuner on VFR World opined that Honda jetted these carbed VFR's pretty rich to start with and no jetting is needed to run well with most any pipe.

If excessive 'popping' results (NOPE!) fuel/air mix screws should be uncovered and dialed a smidge.

He advised me just to inspect the plugs for color after some use... Beauty!!

No popping on deceleration but the growling "gurgle" it exudes on backdowns and downshifts sounds delicious!

Quite unsuitable. Please PM your location so I can haul off that rancid piece of junk and leave you with a proper VFR.

Seriously, that thing looks beautiful. Keep it that way.

On the left for the RC-30. You can't get the wheel changed in a hurry if it's on the right.

edit: you can actually see the exhaust pipe below and just behind the foot-peg/rear brake master cylinder.

Oh, I see. That must be a VFR from the "lean years" where they moved the exhaust to the other side to save money. These bikes also have an odd firing order. Nice to see one of the red headed step children VFR's.
