I have a cycle world mag from the late 90s that features 4 dual sport bikes in a bike review/shootout. the DR650SE, XR650L, 620RXC, and 605DSES. keep in mind though the editors totally bashed the ATK talking about how unreliable it was and giving heavy emphasis on all the bad things about it but its still an interesting read. if there's interest, ill scan the article and post it here for everyone to read.

On a funnier note I ran out of gas in my first test ride at home and a fellow ADVrider came to the rescue!

These things are "Dirt Weapons". Holy crap! I don't think I could have smiled any bigger!

Blinkers not working. I have power to one side of the relay. Full bright lite on the tester. The other side, the lite is barely lit and dull.

Replace the flasher?

For $3-4.00 a good bet and cheap fix if it does it. I'm betting it does after my last escapades I told you about.
