Ok everyone a little help for a new 605 owner. Just changed the oil per the manual instructions. I have oil on the dip wire about in between the two brass marks on the wire. I put in 2.5 qts. According to the manual this should be good. Correct?!!!

I just did that on mine. I change the filter also drained engine and frame and it took at least 3 quarts.

Don't know if you guys are interested but I took my new to me '98 605 on her shakedown run today. The thing runs like a raped ape! Lots to learn from this new beasty. She's a runner for sure. Just need to dial in the suspension to my weight. Go to the last page if the thread
