He might have that much in it. Weather he can sell at that price is of course another story. The only part that can not be sourced is the right hand fork leg. But rarely do you see only the leg for sale.

You can never tell. Such ads will generate interest but if everybody reacts like you do it may take a week to sell. Is the owner going to hold for the first kid who says he'll be there tonight or is he going to take the first hard cash given him? How fast can you get there? If I was looking I'd show up with the money. Depends on how far away I am but it's almost doable from where I am.
