'64 Yamaha YJ in VA
http://richmond.craigslist.org/mcy/2983436645.html
1964 Yamaha YJ1. One of the first motorcycles imported to the US by Yamaha. Someone has added an Athena/AJH 60cc aluminum cylinder kit and an expansion chamber. Goes a little over 50 mph. 11,900 miles. 2-stroke, oil injection, 4-speed manual. I've recently replaced tires, fuel and oil lines, and crank seals. Runs great! Battery has been eliminated. Headlight, taillight, and brake light all work. No key, but there is a kill switch on the handlebars. The transmission is a little clunky, but you get used to it. COMES WITH A TITLE!! You can register it as an antique motorcycle or take your chances calling it a moped. Clutch cable broke on the way home today, but I should have it fixed tomorrow. Email or call 8o4 5l7 897l. ![]() |

KZ1300 Trike in VA
http://richmond.craigslist.org/mcy/2983426984.html
I have a 1985 Kawasaki Voyager 1300cc motorcycle with a matching trike kit attached I'm selling. Great ride, easy and fun with trike kit attached. The bike has a bit over 50,000 miles on it, as it has been to quite a few Bike Week rides. Given the bike is pushing 27 years old, it has its cosmetic issues including superficial rust on some of the chrome, but as you can see in the attached pictures, she will catch plenty of attention. Passengers seat comfortably behind the rider with a back rest built onto the top storage bay. She has plenty of storage, the top bay alone can house two helmets with a little room to spare, and all storage locks. She has electronic speedometer, tachometer, temp gauge, etc etc. The stock radio is still installed along with the cassette deck up top. The cassette deck isn't connected, and the radio needs replacing or repair. The fuel tank is not the original, and with that, the fuel gauge does not read correctly, it is easy to manage by refueling every 90-95 miles. The tires have some weather damage but still hold air pressure. She has a BRAND NEW inspection good for a year, a brand new battery, and a fresh oil/filter change. I've done the best I can to highlight the good AND the bad here in my ad, however, feel free to ask specific questions about her in your response. ![]() |

That's sweet, looks heavy but I love some air cooled vw. I am thinking of a mild 1641 dual port with dual webbers though.

Turbo K100?
![]() http://nh.craigslist.org/mcy/2984788055.html Unique, Rare and Exotic BMW K100 RS 1985 Motorcycle w/Turbo - $10000 (Rumney) Rare, Unique and Exotic black BMW K100 RS 1985(6?) Motorcycle w/Turbo. According to the person who left it to me this Bike was driven at a speed trial on a salt flats out west and it broke the speed record for the K100 of its day. The bike was modified by Matt Capri who installed the turbo charger and other unique components which allowed it to reach a clocked speed of 214 mph! Please, I am only repeating what I was told and others have said that a BMW has never achieved that speed. The bike was working when it was put away about 5 years ago but we don't know anything about Motorcycles and this is way too much bike for anyone we know. The keys fit but do not turn and we don't want to force them. So you may have to install a new starter or get keys remade which we are told is a fairly simple matter. The Bike appears in beautiful condition. Asking $10,000 or best offer. Don't be shy about making an offer because people we spoke with said the bike was too unique and rare for them to offer an opinion of value. VIN # available for serious buyers. Willing to escrow some funds to guaranty that the vehicle works after tuneup. ![]()

Not mine ... but an 1989 R100GS in Atlanta. From the pics, looks to be in OK shape. Factory bags. $3,950. I live fairly close to this one ... If serious I could look at it. PM me.

I was gonna say the same. Not exactly a "killer price" for a bike with a broken crank. Also, a broken crank usually means that the crank is not the only thing broken as they tend ruin other stuff when they go.
