I would love to go Sunday. I am hoping for good weather over the next few days AND more importantly, the nod from the wife...

but first I have to duct tape her legs together so she doesn't hatch on her due date... which happens to be Sunday!!!

So odds are, I will only go for a short jaunt if at all...

Yes - but not on the dual sport. Wife decided that she wants to get out on her bike so I'm doing a road ride with her instead of McLean.

I finally got my water pump fixed, so I am plannig on riding Thursday, you gonna be up for a rip out to McLean? I think Andy has things organized for the 6 pm rides again.

I'm finally able to ride this Thursday, but the weather forecast is not looking good... crap!

Went to Crowsnest on the weekend with Worone and did the same back road ride that many of us went on last year. Beautiful day!

Hey Alan, I'm not around this Thursday. Heading up to Northern Sask (trailering the bikes). Think I might ride up as far as you can go on the Cluff Lake road and try to see how far I can get up the winter road leading to Athabasca dunes. Or not. Whatever.

Will be around next thursday though. Assuming I'm not stuck in the muskeg somewhere up north

Have any of you guys ridden the Denver/Littleton area. I was just there for 4 days and the terrain looks awesome for riding. I was driving a rental Yukon so no riding fun while there, it was a gutless boat of an SUV.

Anyone interested in a v-strom style ride there in the fall?

Denver is a beautiful area. I have ridden my mountain and road bike north of there - around Boulder - but noticed areas that looked good for motorbikes. If you choose to head west from there through the mountains, earlier in September may be better than later as the snow traditionally comes early at those elevations! I have experienced heavy snow driving the mountain passes between Denver and Grand Junction in mid-September!

Nope... wife was at the Dr's today. (She has had a few labour pains to no avail...) "BUMP'S" head is still up a bit high;

therefore an ultrasound is scheduled for Friday morning. If it hasn't appeared by Wednesday morning, we will wave a Yamaha PW 50 (with training wheels) under the exit point in an attempt to coax him/her out! Now, I gotta get a PW 50 as bait! Bow has new ones on sale for $699 (?) and I have seen a few for sale locally...
