Have fun, be safe!!
We had a great time on Saturday. Plenty of coverage on 3 and 5 for us to play on. The Night of Lights was pretty nutty. Damn near a rave at Canyon Lodge at 10pm.

Heading back up there in January.

Last week I took a couple of friends up to Monarch (our local area) for their first day on Tele's.

Nick and Becca had a blast, and really started getting the tele-turn by the end of the day!

I have to come up and ski Monarch.

FYI
Wolf Creek is skiing well now. Lots of snow. Warm afternoons. Just lovely.

These are from this afternoon, chasing beaver on a local mill pond. It turned into a tuesday afternoon shit show....fell through the ice...only set 3 snares in 2 hours....other wise I'd have more pictures.

The intention was that I'd hold off on a Ripley pass this year so I'd get my ass out on the tech trails and get in shape for the Noquemanon. Also, save money for some new Karhu Guides.

Neither has really happened yet.

Backcountry out at the Porkies right now is just fuckin' awesome. Almost the same amount of snow on the ground as at Bohemia, but pretty much completely untracked. Well, it *was* anyway. Although there's still plenty more left.

We'll be doing the obamaville thing at telefest again this year, see you there.

Tried 'em. I'm more of a 3 pin kind of guy. Voile hardwires if I'm running plastic boots.
