the givi setup looks good. i dont think any damage is possible.. seems very convenient .. i know some ppl have been storing suits in aluminum side cases and compression bags as well

I roll it up tight starting at the neck and working my way toward the legs. It fits pretty nice in the V46, but you can't really get anything else in there...maybe a pair of gloves, but not much more.


The v46 closes and locks just fine with the Lombard inside. I had to practice a couple of times rolling the suit up to get it so that it would fit.



Any chance that I'm doing any damage to my Lombard or Mojave by storing them this way? It sure will make it convenient to stow my suit like this while I'm off the bike enjoying the scenery.

I have both the Lombard and Mojave and they are primarily for communting back and forth...I guess I'm lucky I have an office to put my stuff in...

I'd go with one of the 2-piece sets for regular riding so as to not look like a spaceman!!

But first I have a drain field to replace...

I've finally got my pennies in order and am going to order the Mojave suit. I believe the Medium Tall is the correct size, but I'd like to confirm before ordering.

My measurements are:
Inseam 33
Waist 34 (Size 34-34 pants have been fitting me best)
Chest 39
Sleeve: 33
Torso : 31 (if I measured correctly)
Overall I'm 6 foot even and about 180 (trying to get to 170)

Thanks Ghazi, I just ordered the light gray Mojave.

Now the hardest part waiting .

Well in the 6-8 wks for delivery I will be ready for some warm weather gear.

I think I have my fiance convinced to do a short motorcycle trip as part of our honeymoon next summer 2011, and I think the Teiz one piece suits could be a good bit of gear for us, but a few questions:

How is the fit for women?

She's, shall I say, well endowed , and I can't quite figure out if the suits would work well with her build. (No, you ain't gettin' no stinkin' pics)

I thought the Lombard liner was non-removable, but someone made mention of removing it.

Once and for all, can the liner be removed from the Lombard?

I'm not sure I'd want to get the Lombard and the Mojave for her given that she doesn't ride with me enough to justify all that gear for her on top of what she already has.

I have a Lombard and a Mojave. I can say, once and for all, that the quilted Lombard liner IS removable.

Based on what you said, unless the trip you are planning is going to be in very hot weather I would say just get her the Lombard and skip the Mojave. The Lombard is vented very well and should be good until it gets real hot outside.

browse back in this thread... you should find some feedback... i specifically recall comments from Texas Shadow and ideawife amongst others...

on a similar note..wont call it exactly a honeymoon ride, but our first slightly long ride after getting married will be cedar park....

Ghazi: Thanks fo communicating with customers/ potential customers. It can be hard to get good feedback from some companies.

I gave up after reading 60 pages of posts, but now I have an idea of what to look for.
