Thanks!

Seam strength is something we are continuously improving based on customer feedback. With the switch to Cordura, our suits are far more durable and protective with multiple rows of stitching where required (double and triple stitching).

The details of the Sahara will be announced soon. Basically it will be entirely made from perforated Cordura and SuperFabric, with Sas-Tec armor being used for protection.

I'm a short (like really really short) fat guy. Motoport is my choice of summer suit, but that's a thousand bucks.....

I'll chance a 'Translate to FAST' $300 suit if they can fit a 5' 2" fat boy.

(Kevlar lined jeans and a Cortech mesh jacket may not be enough for my antics on the road.....)

Hi,
Are you referring to Cordura AFT (Air Flow Technology) as used by Rukka in their Airway and Touratech in their Companero?

Thanks,
Joel

Hi,
Nope - instead we are using the same Cordura that we use on the Power Shell and Navigator - but have it perforated for advanced airflow. Cordura already has a proven track record of not only safety but also for durability. The perforated Cordura has equal or better airflow compared to AFT - without moving to the woven style of fabrics.

As we get ready to introduce our updated lineup of suits and move to a strictly made-to-order model, we are heavily discounting our current stock to speed up the introduction of new products.

What to expect from the new stuff:
Built-in kidney belt (removable)
Sas-Tec Chest protector (removable)
Sas-Tec Tailbone protector (removable)

The price is expected to increase with the new versions - so this is an amazing opportunity to score a major deal!

Same hear. I didn't have a chance to call today. I will try before the end of the week. I'm either going with the Mojave or wait for the Sahara, then I will order a Power Shell or equivalent around September.

Thanks,
Joel

I'm interested in the Mojave 1 piece. Seems I fall between XL and 2XL. Are these sized to fit over street clothes ? If so an XL would probably do since I'm looking for summer wear with just some wicking shorts and shirts underneath. I'm just shy of 6' and 205 lbs. Wear a 38 waist. I've had 2XL Joe Rocket jackets and they were a touch too big. Currently wear a JR Phoenix in XL and it fits perfect.

I see on the teiz website an XL light gray/Hi viz and a 2XL light gray/ dark gray in stock and on sale.

First, let me confess that I haven't read this thread in its entirety. I read the first few pages and probably the last 10.

What's the coolest suit you make? I'm rather hot natured so I typically wear fieldsheer mesh jacket/pants at 68 degrees and up. I'm not bothered about waterproof as I've found it dramatically increases temperature.

I need something that I can ride in for 90 min and not leave me and my suit (dress suit, that is) in a sweaty crumpled mess.

Thanks.
