Hey thanks alot. Yeah finding seats hasn't been easy, haven't checked any yards yet but CL hasn't shown anything ( unless you want the 20 y.o. royal blue plush velour for $300/ ) Good luck with yours

Found a Thread on the same subject on a Chevrolet forum.
From here, http://chevroletforum.com/forum/expr...ess-van-50029/
Although they are discussing 12-passenger versions, and trying to move up the 4-person "long" 4th position seat to the 2nd position, scroll down to post #4, where I pulled this Quote from.

"I too am looking at mods in this respect. I have only lifted a portion of the carpet so far, but I DO see stock holes in the floor towards the front, with foil tape sealing them, covering what appear to be stock from the factory holes to allow different rail configs."
(the discussion goes off-topic after that post)

So it looks like the Holes & Mount Points are there already, you just need the hardware and the seats if you want to switch to 2nd row buckets. I imagine the hardest part will be finding a Donor Van for the bucket seats.

Lookin good!

Since there's a lack of a repair report, I'm gonna guess that Leroy Brown did OK over all them miles.

Does my bus fit in this thread? Hauls 9 large dirt/dualsport bikes. Still a work in progress. No frills. No A/C. It's a dry place when it rains....

After looking your thread over better I felt I should remove my school bus post. I started a new thread "School Bus Only Thread",

Is this the bus I saw at a nighttime trials event in Broken Arrow?

As for my Econoline... Fixed the AC yesterday.
Front and rear AC... been sweating my ass off.
I owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to my local inmate buddy _cy_ for his help and expertise in this unauthorized DIY procedure. He has all the gear to do it proper and we charged the system with over 4 lbs of Freeze 12 (replacement for R12).
Pressure tested the system with nitrogen. Checked for leaks and found none . This was a pleasant surprise due to the age and quantity of fittings in the system.
Vacuumed the system down to 355 microns.
Charged with Freeze 12.

Nice. I was there too and I probably saw it. Hope to see it (again?) one of these days. My family has a tailgating bus and I hoped to use it for adventure-moto on occasion, but things never have come together. Now I have the van, so it's a better option for me.

Every time I see Leroy Brown, I picture it with some dark brown painted vintage Empi wheels.
Still, it's a great bus, sure takes me back to when I was driving mine around, and my buddies called it "The Twinkie".

I have a soft spot for the late model GM vans, but the ones I like are out of my price range. I had a 2010 model I drove daily for a former employer, and I liked it a lot. A whole lot. The E350 I have now is a great van, but there is something I like more about the Vortec motors.
