I bought a van to replace my 96 E250 300 six motovan. It's an 03 E350 7.3 extended:

Now to get the FZ1 ready to go to Colorado and pick it up.

I've been looking for the right one for about 2 years now. I would of liked to have pw, pl and cruise tho. This one is plain jane. I already have the cruise control steering wheel and clock spring bought. 7.3, extended, and low miles was the main things I wanted.
A dealer in Norco, Cal has 5. The one with 68k, he wants 17k for it.

Edit; currently I'm browsing Japanese Auctions to find one of these with the 3 l turbo diesel and 4 wheel drive, possibly the a good condition rare 4x4, 3L high roof. The diesel 3 liter Toyota engine is fantastic.
A Hino is a bit bigger than you may be looking for - they're the heavy duty division of Toyota. I just picked up one with a 3.8 turbo diesel w/5 spd. Not uncommon to see 600k on them. I don't recall ever seeing a 4wd version though.

It's got a high roof. 7 ft.

In Asia the Hino Dutro is the biggest thing on the road

If it's not needed for work, I don't need big and do want 4x4 without needing big ground clearance. For recreational use only, I know what I want.

Just about went for this one, high roofed 4x4, 3 L TD, that sold for $3600 Cdn.

It's is a good match for what I'd like, though a bit rougher than I'd prefer. I know a chap in Thailand who carries 2 motorbikes, well still being able to carry 4 passengers and plenty of gear.

I like buying at the Japanese auctions, I've made money on every vehicle I've bought - even the van I used for 4 years. Well not all vehicles, I bought one at auction as a gift for my mother.

Didn't realize that the high roof had a high door, too. That's sweet.

Van ride report:
I rode the FZ from central Kansas out to Parker, Co. to pick up the van.

Loaded the bike in the van and hauled butt for Toto land.
I mostly drove 75, sometimes 70. 375 miles, 21 gallons of what I guess at 50/50 winter blend fuel.
17.8 mpg. So with summer fuel and slowing down, This thing could get 20. It has 3.55 gears.

It's definitely got patina.
