that stumped me too, had to look it up in a walkthrough eventually

got REALLY good at killing this guy by draining his bars and dodging like a madman

the cqc with the syringe was a total pita though!

Iphone app game "Traffic Rush."

I'm fooked.

Every time I take a dump, I'm in there directing traffic.

I like making the motorcycles speed through the intersection.

He's pretty easy if you shoot him with Solar Pistol you get later. Otherwise I usually use the Saiga 12 with the less than lethal rounds while laying on my back. For some reason he doesn't attack nearly as often.

Actually Gamefaqs.com is a bit better and easier to find what you're looking for. A few years back Gamespot bought them but kept the site in it's original format.
