Yep, but I'm nVidia (for now) so it's looking like a GTX 260. Especially with both companies doing unified drivers it's so much easier just to plug in the newer generation card for whatever's already in the system.

I cant even remember why I went with ATI vs NVIDIA any more. Really they are interchangable - just pick you team and go with it.

The only reason I can think of was that the motherboard I had selected was crossfire rather than SLI - not that I am *using* that feature or anything

Things do still get a little twitchy with the ati cards under ubuntu. They're slowly getting better though.

I've got an 8800 GTS I can't do anything with at the moment because I still have this stupid agp interface :/

Oh I have another sickly fun game some of you might have heard of, it's a bit older though... Postal 2 Appetite for destruction. So far that's the only game I've ever found where you can use a cat as a silencer for your shotgun. Or pee on somebody right before you douse em with gas and set em on fire.

I made a shish-ka-bob last night. While it doesn't do a lot of damage, it sure looks fuck all cool!

I walk around with it just because I think it'll make someone think twice about tangling with me. I mean if you saw a guy with a flaming lawnmower blade in his hand, you'd either think "that guy is bat-shit crazy" or "that guy is badass!"

I was this || close to getting Resident Evil 5 today but I managed to resist.

I was able to find the Wii Fit Board and Skate It for Cain's birthday.

Right-click on the desktop, go to "Properties". Click on the "Settings" tab.

Look for "Display: xxx monitor on xxx video card."

Anyway. Fallout 3 Maybe a spoiler.

Went up to Paradise City to look around. Couldn't get in but I got the Security guy to give me the Mesmotron and a quest to "collar" 3 peeps (I'd already wiped the fourth out in Minefield). I go to Tenpenny and collar the local whore. My daughter asks me why I put the collar on her. I told her the girl was a bad girl and that I was going to send her to the slavers.

"But she doesn't act like a bad girl"

"She doesn't look happy"

"What's a slave?"

I couldn't do it.

Went back to the last save...

btw, I take this being a "Regulator" shit way too seriously.
