For any of you even remotely interested in this thread there is a book currently out on the Kindle called " ready player one" by Ernest Cline.

I think you will really enjoy it.

I had it preordered. Had some fun over the weekend. Since it is the last part of the series they really pulled the plug on the story telling. Decisions get really bad... and usually there is no good solution.

Yeah, I decided to not go in to any details here due to not wanting to spoil it for anyone who hasn't played it, or at least reach the end yet. But, l will say, I'm glad I intentionally ignored reading anything online about it till I was done. I agree with the masses on this one.

I don't think I really gave anything away. Definitely a nice finish of the series so far.
They tweaked the combat system a bit. I think it's a bit faster and the movement is much better and more variable.

Yeah, your post was fine. The game play was great, it did seem to get a little more hallway type than I'd like, but as you said, trying to wrap up a trilogy kind of forces some streamlining in to it. Overall, I thought it was a good progression from 2 for the first 25 hours of game play. The last 20 minutes though........

I am at the boss fight on the cerberus base. I didn't want to do a 4th try yesterday.
I guess there are still 2 or 3 hours left.

Well... I am not too happy about the end. If you make your choice based on the distance to it, because you walk so slow, makes it a bit futile. Also, I am a ruthless earthborn, what's with all the teary talk?

Broke down and bought the gt4

long boring races are now somewhat liveable.

fast races for quick cash are my favorite

How can I have finished the campaign on CoD: MW3 and it be 51% complete?

You need to do it on the hardest setting for 100%.

No problem, how was the campaign? I've just played the survival levels on my friends in MW3 so far but I'm thinking about getting it and Skyrim.....oh and giving up my life for a month or 2

Anyone getting ready for Diablo 3? I can't even begin to calculate the hours I (and my wife) played. There were entire weekends starting friday after work and going until Sunday night when it was time for sleep of non stop Diablo 2 and the expansion pack. It got so bad we bought a second copy of the game just so we both could play individually and with CO-OP play.

I'm looking forward to it and to some Co-op. BTW: Diablo II doesn't have copy protection.
