Here she is in unrestored state. 1975 Honda XL250

Don't mind the nice, unrestored, all original 1968 CT90 on the side.

Here she is now in her restored state after much money and 8 months of work.

I was going to say your bike is a '74 till the last pic... Which tank is original? The silver/orange/black or the black and red?

Do you have a thread showin yer work? Great looking bike! I miss mine. Also unrestored.

Laugh Perhaps not as glamorous as some, but here are a couple of mine

1972 Suzuki TS250, sadly it has not had the privilege to live in a garage since we don't have one and I am no longer allowed to keep bikes inside the house, so it's lived under a Costco awning or under the gray Seattle sky...

.

1969 Husky 400 Cross, which is practically magical: when I bought it from the previous owner, he actually got it to fire up; when I brought it home and took off the carb to clean it, the bowl was full of water and filter foam...

1969 Husky 250 Cross which I bought in Ventura (that explains all the rust) and just recently sold (at a nice loss) to a guy who is restoring it (which makes me very happy)

1968 Greeves Wessex, which belonged to my friend for at least 15 years and I had tried to talk him into selling it for just as long; finally I bought it about a year and a half ago and it's been to Greeves Days in California twice since then (pictured at Greeves Days this year).

My friend Steve picked this up last year in Alabama on Craigs List.

Less than 500 miles. Major restoration need is removeing the white housepaint spatter.

45 mile an hour tape will probably work on this one.

Believe it or not this 35 HP Sport model had a top speed around 100 mph. (downhill w/tail wind)

I've had this one up to 90 mph....on the trailer behind my car.

One of the reasons I was never successful at racing, (there were many other reasons) .... I couldn't run wide open down hill, with or without the wind.

Hopefully by the time you are ready to go 100 mph on this one, tape will not be needed to hold anything together.

1954 Simson Field Sport

1954 Simson Field Sport. All original, including the tires. 1800 miles. I don't have any information beyond that, but would like to find more.
