Think I have posted this somewhere else on ADV, but here it is anyway.

At the Kingdom Trails, East Burke, Vt. Top of the Heaven's Bench trail.

Had this bike nearly ten years now. Used to race in the EFTA series but now we ride for fun. Cathy (stoker, but not my wife) must be pretty insane to get on the back and go the places we do- just about any singletrack. Only have endo'd twice

We LOVE this bike- Ventana CdeM full suspension

Very nice.. Mine has still some parts missing but they are on the way. This is going to be a Singlespeed "Chiner" for commuting and light offroad. Frame and fork is less than 4lbs. If I like it I'll put on a 10 speed cassette and a suspension fork....

Thanks! Is that an ebay China frame? Been thinking about one of those...

Yes, 29er frame (hence the "Chiner"). I'm surprised about the craftsmanship. I researched it on the bikeforums and folks are pretty pleased about it.
I'll send out pics when it's done. Some of the parts I want are on backorder but I hope to have it finished by february.

Not at all.. Click here

Shipping only took about a week. Comes with a headset and I really like the internal cable routing. The only issue is getting a bottom bracket for the BB30 shell. But I got an adapter that will work with my shimano crank/spindle I have from a previous bike.

I'll post more pics as I go along....

I don't know the conditions you ride, but be careful with that Slant Six on the front if you do any loose over hard or fast corners that are not hard packed. I found out the hard way that it's not the grippiest front tire.

It performs much better on the rear.

Don't you HATE when that happens!

Fortunately, the trails I ride are predominately hardpack and rocky so for me, the Slant 6 on the front works great. It's the square profiled front tires I have a problem with around here.
