Cargo Bike... It's an adapter as it were and can be added to most bikes..

uh-oh, that is what started the need for the adjustment. My son dumped it on the derailleur side and it started shifting goofy. I did look at it and all seemed well, but I will put a keener eye on it this evening and report back.

I posted a single speed I built a few pages back. Now I need another project.
Bought a Ross with Cr-Mo main tubes at a pawn shop for $ 30 to become my next victim. Will post pics of the transformation.

you need an R tool to do the alignment properly

Also check b tension, if it is too tight you will get some weird issues. A worn chain will not shift well either.
