I can't.. I am already living in my country.. Arkansas. The only place I would move is further into the woods, but then it would not be fair. I would have all the riding to myself.

IM sure there is cheap shit in your homeland too.

THe real point to be made here though, is that a PERSON, dicked you.
Not cheap equipment, not a culture, not a country.

so many homes were built here so fast, and so 'cheap' that its a PITA to try and go back and make anything really useful from many of them in my opinion.

Seriously when you sober up, if you really feel like one of the contractors is at fault, its called Small Claims court. Then you can have your say and they have theirs and you will either get it fixed, or you get ZIP.
I suggest you take the 50% offer and run.

Caveat Emptor in the future.

yeah, funny, same scenario on different places of the planet.
but it all basically works out the same.

Must boil down to human nature.

They used to make good stuff here. Furnace at our farm was put in when the house was built in 1971. Still works like a champ. They don't make em like that anymore.

Hey Ted,

My Forester lights were all yellow and so I bought the Mequires headlight polishing kit at Wally World for $20 bucks and took me about 60 seconds per light using the buffing wheel it comes with on my drill.

They have to be redone every few months, but you get enough to polish them dozens of times.

Every car lot has a guy does that on used cars if they need it.

Good to use if you are detailing a car you plan to sell. Makes them look new again.

Thanks for the tip Elvis. I had some plastic cleaner that I used on the lights from time to time, but these were cheap lights I had installed earlier and there was no way to get the yellowing out like you can on quality factory lights. I buffed and buffed on my sides headlights.
