Don't let him fool ya. Its a wonderful morning here in Leadville. Yes there is frost on the bikes if you left them sitting in the shade. The new KTM fire right up this morning. So thats one positive over the older one.

I've had a similar experience, the last few days. Yesterday I pulled the battery and took it to Advance Auto for testing. The battery was fine but needed charged. So I started researching the Voltage Regulator( $100+ replacement) and found an awesome step x step troubleshooting guide. I have linked it below. The VR tested fine, so I inspected for frays and bare wire but didn't find any. I think my battery terminal connection was just loose and not charging properly. At least that's my story right now.

My beemer has been slow to roll over the last couple of mornings too ( cooler temps)
battery was only showing 12.45 volts, so I topped it off, its been in service since 2005 though, in either a jetski or this bike, so im pricing the AGM replacement from advance auto

got to love that $35 coupon off of purchases over $85

There's a "VISA" code you enter, to get $10 off $30. Order online, pickup in the store and get a great discount.
