I'm gonna insure and tag the Beemer and ride it, at least it keeps running regardless.

I'll fix the Tiger and put it up for sale in the spring, I don't think I could trust it long term now. May be time to shop for a new toy.

Yeah, true that. I had just passed a string of cars though, at least they would've had a dandy of a story to tell at Christmas dinner.

It's on 07 with 28K miles. It sounds like a rod bearing. Parts are moderate enough, the gasket set is more expensive than the shells.

I hear the siren call of an F800GS wafting on the breeze...
