As far as the passenger, IF I Had been that stupid, and I was that hurt, I dont think I'd kick her off at her car while I go on to the hospital. she probably needed checked out too. Surely she wasnt perfectly fine.

Dude, I've wrecked at over 140 MPH and didn't go get checked out. I'm usually the best at deciding if I need a doctor or not.
