I think the money was just to help the family while they are in Florida visiting him.

Yeah no clue on the dirtbag that hit him. Drunk driving and drugs in the car, he cant be too bright.

Tank looks good albie. I just noticed the fuel filter, I keep forgetting to get one installed on mine.

I don't think it will help Doc. When you figured out you were low on fuel you sped up to get to the station faster.

Saw a guy this morning doing the shake-it-to-left dance w/ his XR650L. Luckily, he was about a 1/4 mile from a gas station.

Sure love my 4 gallon, under the seat fuel tank on my 58mpg girls bike.

Man i wish I had been on that trip, just seeing how uncomfortable Doc was away from home in a strange land had to be priceless.

Todd and I were playing around with our gas mileage last week. His bike is completely stock, mine has a pumper carb, full exhaust, opened air box and a K&N filter. We rode the piss out of the bikes one day. I got around 40 MPG, Todd got 37. The next day we rode them like little girls. I got 40 MPG, Todd got 46. WTF???????? At least I know I may as well ride the piss out of the bike.

well....kinda sorta..my oldest, Ian, has the rider and when I used it last week at the Harley House, one of the spindles is real bad and until we get that fixt, we best not use it..if it goes, it could be UGLY!
