Nice bikes! Huskys have a special place in my heart, can't say why though. It's too bad they aren't running... but with you doing the freelance thing you should have plenty of time and no excuse not to get them running once you move up here!

Two girls and neither of them like bikes? Plus looks like at least one of them is going to have a long line of boys giving you headaches in a few years. What's a father supposed to do!?!

A man has to have a nice stable of bikes to cope with that!

Welcome to the area though! I live about 40 minutes north of you. I honestly don't know too much about who rides ADV around here but I do see them. I know people use the Bella Vista BMW shop as a meeting point for rides, and It's supposed to be a pretty friendly place. Check it out on a busy day an you might make a few riding buddies. They tend to be a little rude to people who aren't +40 and ride ADV bikes though. But that's just in my experience.

Just finished at the VA, unloaded the truck, stopped Starbucks and headed back to H.I. for more stuff to move.

Thanks for the welcome! Did I pass the audition? (See that's a Beatles reference right there, which might imply that I too am an old phart who still thinks he's 20 and therefore gets in over his head.)

I wish it was the stator. I'm afraid it's more like a cam, followers and a crank.

I can't quite explain my affection for Huskies either. It's a sickness, really, They don't return the love.

I'm kinda that way with Zooks, right now 2 of the 3 I have aren't running and I'm depending on the 3rd one to get me through a 10 day ride out west!

I rarely have a problem w/ finding riding partners, so long as I willing to push the merry go round.

I think he's talking bout the customers, not the employees.
