Nice bikes! Huskys have a special place in my heart, can't say why though. It's too bad they aren't running... but with you doing the freelance thing you should have plenty of time and no excuse not to get them running once you move up here!

Welcome to the area though! I live about 40 minutes north of you. I honestly don't know too much about who rides ADV around here but I do see them. I know people use the Bella Vista BMW shop as a meeting point for rides, and It's supposed to be a pretty friendly place. Check it out on a busy day an you might make a few riding buddies. They tend to be a little rude to people who aren't +40 and ride ADV bikes though. But that's just in my experience.

Sorry you're havin a tough time finding some riding partners. I'm sure once this heat/drought goes away, there will be more of rides planned around here.

Just finished at the VA, unloaded the truck, stopped Starbucks and headed back to H.I. for more stuff to move.

I'm kinda that way with Zooks, right now 2 of the 3 I have aren't running and I'm depending on the 3rd one to get me through a 10 day ride out west!
