http://www.nwaonline.com/news/2011/n...nomy-20111113/

I have also heard it from being in the woods, it is busy at times.

if you google map ( sat view) just a bit NE of the Hobbs management overlay label, you can see the range.

The only chance I had to go there, the bridge was out by War Eagle.

Ahhh firearms, my second favorite hobby. In a wheel gun I prefer S&W, well the older ones. I do have a 640, which is a small frame 5 shot chambered in .357 that I load with .38. I say "I", but my wife claims it. My favorite is a model 29-3, after all if it was good enough for Dirty Harry, it's good enough for me. If I could just figure out how to conceal carry it... I too have a Kel-Tek 9mm that I use for CC just because it is so easy to carry. I have the clip on it wich makes it very easy to slip in the belt or pocket. Only down side is the long trigger pull.

By the way, work is getting under control and finished most of my home projects for a while. When are you guys going to start riding again? I'd like to tag along one of these days on the DRZ. Hopefully with Charlie so there would be a stator expert to learn from.

I just use compressed air. Got a bicycle shock pump that I use. I figure the 70% nitrogen that's in air will do.

Yeah, just pump it to %130 factory pressure!

Explosions???

No, No. That almost never happens!

All this talk about guns has given me age envy! Just one more year and I can be a danger to myself and others too! Really though, wouldn't mind having one on me if a big black bear decides to come sniff around my trunk bag. Just take the bear cubs and raise them as your own. They make great pets, the chewing on your shoes isn't even that bad, it's when your feet are inside of them that's the problem!

well, I did put some air in it, and it stiffened up.

so next step is to add some oil, and pump it back up..

that will work while I see what Nitrogen costs locally.

IIRC the Mercedes dealership has it to fill the snooty-falooty German car tires.

Many thanks! I'll have to take a ride up there and check it out. I never say a shooting site there before, but sometimes state parks have to keep ranges a bit low profile as to hot offend the general public.

I talked my neighbor into buying one of those Bersa 380s. I wouldn't mind having one either.
