Don't feel bad... I can't keep up either. Hopeless, in fact. These good ol' boys are the biggest bunch of BS'ers I've seen in a while.

FWIW:

Wife and I will be leaving in about three weeks for a vacation. We're doing something we've never done before: Not making up our mind about WHERE until about three days before departure, based on the 10 day weather forecast of the target areas. Whichever has the best looking forecast... that's where we'll go and what we'll do.

Our two options are:

1. The Black Hills aboard our H-D Ultra. I've been there during Sturgis Bike Week but the wife hasn't. I would like for her to see the cool scenic sights I got to see. (No, not THOSE sights! Besides, I was a good boy: I rode out in the Black Hills n' Wyoming all week.)

2. Take the 4WD Blazer w/bike trailer loaded with our DS bikes and head for Colorado. Do some 4WD stuff, some DS stuff... lots of stuff.

Either way it goes... it ought to be fun!

Thanks Guys,
Wife named him tigger cause he likes to bounce.
Temper, you get him to playing and hold him down for a minute or two
and he gets pissed, and its funny to watch.
His feet are really small I'm hoping he is not going to be a big dog.
We have 4 other dogs as it is.
I just wonder at the two legged trash that can dump a defenseless puppy
off like this.
Last summer we picked up 7 pups that someone dumped over by the creek
and Susan sat in town all day and managed to give everyone away.

Susan fell in love with him so he got a new home......

Scotty:

Wellll...

If we take the Colorado option... no "passes" will be ridden. Wife has already expressed extreme trepidation about trying to ride some of the passes we've jeeped. So, we'll have to stick to really easy stuff if we do a little bit of DS'n in Colorado.

Should it be the H-D trip... it will likely be about it for the big Hog for a spell: Our favorite DS riding season (Autumn) is nearing and we hope to be hitting the Ozark and Ouachita mountains pretty often.

At this point, the wife is leaning toward wanting to see Mt. Rushmore et al at the Black Hills and the Devil's Tower in Wyoming, etc. I gotta' remember that It's her vacation, too.

As for me, well, I just love to ride motorcycles... so I'll have fun either way.

Vinduroman either would be GREAT! I'l; be in CO riding so if you go there lemme know and we can possibly run into each other. There are some passes that are very very easy out there and are really pretty, your wife could cruise right over them. I've got a book that rates all the passes and tells about them, if you decide to go let me know and I'll get you some info on the easy ones we've ridden.

Internet Stalker Ray and I are doing Sturgis next year! That area looks really fun, of course I think we will ride the ADV bikes there instead of the Harleys. I'd hate to be out there in all that country and not ride some dirt.
