Had a nice ride today!
perfect weather, charlie layed out a great route, super good guys to ride with! Magoo, myself, and arkiewarlock peeled off from boston on 16/21 about 1PM, I was home a bit before 2. I really needed to get out and see some vistas, and some fun roads, not too much deep gravel, but some nice ravines in the switchbacks from flood waters, way fun! Now iM trying to muster the engery to change my tkc80 rear wheel off, so I dont waste it away back and forth to work. I am a better rider on gravel after today, bill gave me a stupid simple tip that made sense and it actually helped me. Oh, and toyman also displayed his betty crocker side when asking about the peanut butter pie. albi is still a jackhole though.

haha..
his tip was look where you want to go , and twist the throttle. it works surprisingly well, im just starting to understand the weight transfer from braking versus accelerating.. a bit late, and im a terribly slow learner.. Im a better rider after today though, than I was starting out this morning, maybe after 100 more days like today, Ill be totally at ease on loose gravel, and not get that panic heart stopping " oh shit" lock the brakes and stand the bike straight up thing in those loose gravel turns after a long down hill. im learning... I do appreciate all of you guys's advice too ( except for Ojay, his advice is terrible I mean BAD...), I listen and learn when we ride together ( as long as Ozarkrider isnt there, he is hateful and mean, and I think he hates puppies...)
