I love ALL motorcycles, but when things get Harley-dominant the attitude of the event changes. That's why I like the Barber Vintage Festival so much, every kind of bike you can name is there.
BVF is awesome!

Last night I put a Carbon VALE Slip On Two Brothers exhaust on the 650GS. Today I'm ordering a silencer tip, to take the volume down. Holy Cow, this Two Bros is loud.

I'm hoping to be in Huntsville Saturday, to pick up a van. I planned to get it last weekend but my plans got changed. I figure if I roll up HWY23 before 9am, I should be fine. I may take the TAT to 123, on my way home, Saturday afternoon. Should I be worried about the dual sport pirates?

You guys would love this place in Memphis too. Mary and I stopped there on our way to Birmingham. Unique and delicious.

I run the same exhaust, that tip makes a noticeable difference.

I dunno if you know Rick Owens or not? He has the shop above the Razorback Riders Camp near Mill Creek. I hear he left Eddys and is doing service out of there. He is the go to guru for KTM...or any other bike. I've got his number if you need it.

Personally I'd do it myself, there isnt much to it. I've got a fork seal driver that will probably work if you need it. Read up on servicing forks/seals, it's not hard at all. If I have time I could help you, but I'm pretty busy the next 2 or 3 weeks.

I would not take them to any of the mosikkle shops, they will rape you.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I think she's jetted a little too lean also, but would prefer for a KTM guru to make that determination. Sounds like Mr. Owens is someone I need to know. This is my first 2-stroke in over 2 decades, so I've got a lot to learn.

Rick is for sure the KTM Guru.

Just spoke to Josh @ NWA Motorsports. I didn't know it was that Josh. He and Bill were the only reason I ever gave that business any money. The rest of the B&E crew kinda seem like ass-hats. Maybe they could smell the Yankee on me and just didn't like me. They tried to charge me over $100 to mount tires on my R6 race bike several years ago (wheels off the bike!) and that was the last time I did business with their Service Dept. I did continue to buy parts from Josh though. And Bill has always treated me right. I miss the days of mixing it up with him at Hallett.

NWA Motorsports is covered up with BBB business this week, but I will keep them in mind next time I need service.

I work at a local new car dealership, and I understand the Service Dept needs to make money.
