The crank handle sure made checking valves and timing easier.....all stuff we don't have to do any more.

Haaa! Yeah my Grandpa showed me how to do it but I was too young to remember much. Ol Joe there in Galena, KS said when they came out with a starter for those old Model T's & A's it cost $40 when the whole car was $500. But he said it was the best $40 you could ever spend. What an interesting guy.
