Nope, my sister and brother are flying up for the weekend. We have not gotten together for a couple of years, so I am looking forward to their visit.

It sounds like y'all are going have a great time. Lots of riders and good food. Hate to miss the ride. Someone else will have to provide the white-noise at night.

I have SSD's & regular HD's on mine. I I can clone them just fine with 'HDClone' Google it.... The price is great.

If you really trash it, I know guy in Russellville who is a super guru. Let me know.
Well, I bricked it. I used EaseUS Partition Master to clone it. looked like it copied it just fine. According to this site SSD's need to be realigned to work optimally http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to...alling-windows

Anyway, when I went to hook it up to the SATA connector my BIOS doesn't even see the damn drive.

It wasn't that critical since that I migrate to the SSD, I could have just done a fresh Win 7 install, but I figured it would save me a few hours of installing my programs.

If I can help, let me know. The SSD should still be usable.. Just have to format & re-clone to what you are using as a "C" drive now. I have a CD with 'HDClone' on it & it won't make it any worse a brick.

Unless you do not have a "C" that has all your programs on it?? 32 bit or 64 bit Win 7?

OK, found out I had to reset the BIOS to default, then the SSD showed up. No more nVidia chipset Mobos for me though. Sticking to Intel. Running like a champ now. 64 bit Win 7. It's screaming fast!
