I was bored and going back through the Arkansas Ride Report board. I found thes and it made me snicker at O'Leary's expense...

I think it was just a mistake, we've all made them. Speaking for myself I've made some doozies riding. Besides, It may have looked drier than it did after he got into it.

+1, a lot of times when traction gets sketchy, the bike goes where it wants to, not where YOU want it to.

But on teh other hand, I've been known to do some stupid things on a bike.

Should have known better then to take off across this "dry" lake bed. Luckily I had 3 or 4 other guys help drag it out.



Of course my buddy Mike had to prove he was even dumber as he duplicated my feat, but it was 3 hours later when we were the only ones still riding.

I resemble those pictures & I can do it without any mud.... Just bad judgement.

Of course surviving bad judgement is how you develop good judgement.....
