The women-folk dragged the SIL and I to Branson last Friday, to see the light shows and raid the outlet malls. Got back Christmas Eve.
We made a rib-roast, some baked potatoes, salad, and home-maid bread for dinner yesterday.....I'm still full.

Welp after some trailer tire/wheel mishaps I am finally in Presidio. Got myself a bargain room, looks like a room by the hour for $87....grrrrrr. No mood to argue, it was a long day. I should get out to BBRSP by 12 or so tomorrow.

It was 46* when I pulled in but it is supposed to be colder at night for the next few nights. I'm camping once there, so I've got my warm woolies with.

Well it's been a party, for sure. 10" of snow, no power since last night and cell service was sporadic. Propane heat and a generator, kept us pretty comfy. Power came back on around 9pm tonight but not before the kids pitched their sleeping bags in the living room. Worst part about it all, was our flatulent furrball who refused to go out in the rain/snow/cold w/o an escort...

I didn't hear you were running that new high speed limit road in TX. I am suprised not to have seen any SLOW DOWNS Matt following this post.

How did you do that? Do I need to select different post times, or know when the old folks are asleep for more than a day or what? I need advice.
