Tossing down a great Ruben sandwich at BJ's restaurant with the last ride of the year crew. So far no frostbite.

One of the best ones I've had in a long time. Recommend coming here for one. Even Albie approves.

Tim I am so happy that Wendy is ok. I think that Doc n I should bring our two friends Mr. Smith and Mr. Weston to visit that prick. Perhaps the four of us would be able to show the young man the error of his ways. Besides, Wendy is my favorite nurse and I like it when she plays nurse...wink wink

Back in Cleburne Texas after a few glorious but very cold days in Big Bend Ranch State Park. I thought our trip to Utah was remote! Wow, this place is unbelievably remote, dangerous and beautiful.

If you aren't getting stuck, bit or burned you can't say you've ridden at Big Bend. Pictures and a ride report in a few days.

You left off bouncing off rocks! Good stuff! Sounds like you had a great time.

Albie I paired up with a guy that goes by SoloRider here on ADV. He was riding a Ural and you would have laughed your ass off, he broke down 7 times on our way back, it was running very rich (wet plugs). We shimmed the needles, adjusted floats and adjusted the air screws. The most we could get would be about fifteen to thirty minutes of run time before it loaded up again. It was a long day. Oh, and yeah bouncing off rocks was a common theme for the time I spent there. Especially in the Los Alamos loop...rough...just rough and brutal. (sorry for the crappy photo but it was getting late on the way back).

Unemployment sucks.
Been laid off for the most part since Dec 1.
I've worked a few days this month as we had it.
This last week I worked zilch.
The week before I worked 32 hours, but it was done in 2 days lol.
So I go to file today my weekly report and no hours.
It tells me I can't apply and I have to contact the local office because I worked to many hours last week.
We better get back to work after the 1st or I will have to find another J.O.B.
This is really bullchit trying to jump through the hoops.
All because I do like my job and things are slow and it pays a fair wage when I am working....
