Bluhduh Whole Roof

Our whole Roof needs done, but it just has one layer of shingles. We had them all removed last time.
The last guys missed a LOT of the nail strips on the shingles (easy to see on the ones laying in the front yard), and used silicone caulk around the vents etc. instead of the nasty black stuff that stays sticky and doesn't peel off after two years of sun.

so I manually put 24V on the valve, during the light cycle.

its running, I set the temp to 80

Ill go shut it down as soon as its even close.

cheapest universal controller board is $100

I guess thats not too terrible.

house is warm for now.

But at least my furnace works.

What sucks is that our deductible will eat my "new dual-sport bike" money!

Is the board visible without pulling it? Maybe you could just solder in a transistereostat that is burned out. Or is it just a solid gob of resin with a chip in it somewhere.
And yes....you do need to get the twofiddy fixt.

After spending a lot of the good ridin' days this fall replacing and repainting all the trim on the front of the house, I'm sick and tired of doing maintenance. My Dad postponed it the last 15 years he was alive, so now everything is going to shit at once.
Do you ever wonder who owns who?
I think I'm the houses "Boy Friday".

Matt we go through those control boards alot!! We have one model of furnace in our rentals that is horrible with boards going bad. They cost about $150 a pop too and we keep several on hand. Give me an old furnace with a pilot light ANY day!
